This past weekend {on Mother’s Day} we tried cooking corn on the cob using something I pinned on Pinterest.  The directions were actually from the website Cait Hates Cake and I followed them my hubby followed them exactly.Put the corn in the oven at 350° for 25-30 minutes with the husk on, it will trap in the moisture, leaving you with juicy, tender corn. The husk and silk will peel away easily once it’s cooked

Our corn was SUPER juicy, delicious and very easy to peel.  I think I will be making all corn on the cob this way from now on!
